If you've been dreaming of a sleek, modern cable railing upgrade but worried about the cost and complexity, CityPost was built with you in mind. Designed for DIYers and backed by a patent-pending bracket system, CityPost delivers high-end aesthetics and unobstructed views without the high-end price tag.

Who Is CityPost?

CityPost was founded by three friends who set out to solve a problem they knew firsthand. After a frustrating personal home renovation experience, they believed there had to be a simpler, more affordable way to install cable railing. Their answer was a patent-pending bracket design that enables anyone to install a complete system without ever cutting a post or buying expensive specialty hardware. Today, CityPost manufactures and sells complete DIY cable railing kits for decks, patios, and lofts. They are the only cable railing company in the U.S. that guarantees a fixed price per linear foot, and every section is delivered fully assembled, so you spend less time in the weeds and more time enjoying your new view.

How It Works

CityPost designed its system for homeowners with zero prior experience, and the entire process is refreshingly simple. You start by uploading a basic drawing or layout of your deck, patio, or loft project. Next, you choose your preferred options for railing height, materials, colors, and mounting type. Once those details are submitted, CityPost reviews your configuration and sends back a custom quote so you can complete checkout and move straight into installation
