The Push-Lock Turnbuckle Threaded Bolt is designed for direct, threaded installation into a metal post. It is an exposed, swageless, tensioning, surface-mounted fitting suitable for level runs only. It can be used with any type of fitting on the opposite end of the cable run. This fixture is made specifically for 1/8" stainless steel cable. The Push-Lock locking wedge system allows for simple and easy cable installation without the use of any special tools. The turnbuckle component allows for easy tension control of the cable.

This fitting is consists of four separate components: Threaded Bolt, Body, Lock Nut and Push-Lock Stud. The short thread of the threaded bolt is secured into a pre-drilled hole in your metal post. The lock nut is installed all the way oto the exposed machine thread of the threaded bolt first, followed by the body. The Push-Lock Stud threads into the body, and the cable attaches to the stud fitting via the Push-Lock locking wedge system. Tension is then created by using the body of the fitting as a turnbuckle. Once your desired tension is achieved, the lock nut is used to secure the body of the fitting and prevent the fitting from loosening.
