Ultra-Tec Push-Lock With Lag Clevis For 1/8" Cable - PL-LAG-CL-TE4-1
The Push-Lock With Lag Clevis by Ultra-Tec is an exposed, swageless, non-tensioning fitting designed to be surface-mounted onto wooden end posts in either level or pitched applications. With the versatility of the Push-Lock locking wedge system, this fitting is capable of being used with any other type of fitting on the opposite end of the cable run.
The fitting is installed into a pre-drilled hole in your wooden end post. The lag is then driven into the hole until the fitting shoulders on the post face. After this, the cable is then attached to the body via the Push-Lock locking wedge system which requires no special tools, allowing for quick and easy installation.
While this fitting can be used on both level and pitched applications, it is most appropriately used in pitched runs because of the pivoting action of the clevis.
