The Mandrel Package With 2 Cut-Off Wheels by Ultra-Tec is designed for cutting cables flush on cable railing fittings. This kit is most commonly used with Pull-Lock Fittings, due to the nature of their installation which requires cable cutting after installation. This kit can also be used for cutting excess cable threads off of stud-type tensioner fittings, as well as various other nonspecific uses.
